Luna Grill - Mansfield

10/10 The service was quick and very friendly and the food was full of flavor! I got the chicken harissa plate and I had plenty to eat. The rice and chicken was flavorful and well cooked. I highly recommend you check them out.

I ordered a simple plate for lunch. Then saw others who came in after me getting food so I asked if mine was almost done. She argues with the cook for a good two minutes before I said can you just fix it or refund me instead of arguing?! Meanwhile management is feet away not helping matters. No apologies from any of them. I just said give me a refund. I don?t have time to wait now. And they had the nerve to refund me for all but my drink! Haha seriously?! When she gave me my cash back I said no it?s more than that and she says oh that?s for the drink and I said you?re gonna charge me for the drink for sitting here waiting?? And she says well here?s a card for a free meal and I said I?m not coming back in here again. Poor management. Still no apologies. She was offended I didn?t take her Free meal card? Like wait, you weren?t the one that had to wait for your food! Why are you mad? Anyway, the management at this time of day, Friday at 1 PM on October 21 is pretty bad. No eye contact, no apologies, just sitting in her office waiting until she had to open the register! That is not good customer service or management!!

Good Mediterranean restaurant in Mansfield off of Debbie Ln, right outside of Arlington, TX. Despite the good food, I have to mark a star off for a missed order that came 30 minutes after everyone else got their food. Location: Decent amount of parking available. Right next to a bunch of restaurants and stores to walk around. And right next to Bahama Bucks if you fancy for dessert after. Food: Fresh salad with each plate. Savory meat. Seasoned rice and grilled veggies. Overall, solid and delicious meal! We enjoyed the food that they had. I ordered the Bistro Beef Kabob Plate with Harissa, my wife ordered the Gyro Meat Plate, and for the kids we ordered the Kids Gyro Plate with fries. Service: After the food arrived, we noticed my dad?s plate was missing. We brought our receipt to tell them, and they acknowledges that they had missed his order. We waited a little over 30 minutes for it. I guess I was hoping for some kind of recompense, which would?ve been nice for my dad. Maybe we?ll try them another time for an update in their review.

We recently had our HOA Board meeting here. It was a small group, but the location was perfect. Everyone ordered something different and they liked the food. Prices are fair for the portions, but the food does take a while to be served, which in our case was fine since we were discussing topics anyway, but I did see some tables a little upset about the time it was taking to get their food.

We placed a catering order to be picked up at 5:30. My husband got there at 5:30 to be told that they accidentally gave the driver for door dash our catering order. The employee asked would you like to just cancel the order and he said absolutely not, since we have guest waiting for the food! My husband waited another hour to get the food in which they didn?t have kabob as we ordered. We ended up getting all chicken and two skewers of kabob. We were not offered any kind of compensation until I asked if we would be getting something for this mess! He only offered a free appetizer! The food finally came and some of the chicken pieces were under cooked, kabob was burnt on one side , we spent a total of $195. We have never experienced such horrible service and will never order here again!
