Sonic Drive-in - Mansfield

Ordered 2 shakes and a grilled cheese was waiting for 25 minutes on my order just to be brought out melted ice cream. Makes me sad cause I love sonic but this one is so hit or miss anymore.

We have not been back for food, to this location, in a while. Something is always not available , or prepared wrong, or over cooked, or something. No difference this time. Ordered pickle fries, which cost more, and they have none. Ordered no lettuce on my sandwich and it was loaded with it. My chicken was over cooked and the bun was almost burnt. My husbands medium tots included 8 tots. We normally go to another Sonic on our way home so we don 't have to deal with this. Last time I was shorted items and waited AN HOUR for my order, I was told I would receive a refund, Never happened.

Stopped by there this morning. Appeared to be only 1 person working there.

Great pricing. Quick service great food. Danielle is so courteous I enjoy seeing her when I go.

Good sonic till it wasn't. It was even slow when we went, and the drinks were so messed up we just handed everything back to them and left. SMH can't trust the food order is right if they can't get the drinks right, plus it looked like the cream in our slushes was curdled too. Gross and sad!
