Starbucks - Mansfield

I mobile ordered a drink. The app said pickup at 12:31. I got there at 12:25. It’s literally 12:38, no drink and no communication from the staff. There are literally 2 other customers in the store; both clearly already had their drinks and are sitting around. I had to head to an appointment so I asked them for a refund. I paid in stars. They literally give me cash back including a handful of coins to make up for the type of drink I ordered. That seemed quite contrived. Message received.

Takes more than 25 min to get two cups of coffee. And this is not the drive through, which takes even

I just wanna say I love the ppl who work here. But every....single.... time... my drink is wrong. It's so frustrating, especially when I like the environment and the peeps but i literally get the same thing every time. This time I asked for 3 extra shots of espresso in my americano. I understand I had to add on into my order but she told the girl making my drink. I get back to my office to only see my drink never got the shots of espresso.Can't go back because I open at 9! Called and they hung up on me before I could even say hi... It's just so frustrating.
