Taco Bell - Mansfield

I went to Tacoglocke on Friday night, just 30 minutes before closing, and was told that the only options available were bean salad, chips, and potatoes. They claimed they had other items but didn't want to cook them for me. I start work at 2, and I seem to be going there all the time, which is becoming a routine for me. I can’t help but wonder if they only serve beans. Most of the time, that seems to be the case, and when they do have meat, it’s usually just a small amount.

I ordered the supreme party package, but the tacos only came with meat and sour cream. I requested several packets of sauce and received none. Overall, I would give this experience a 1 out of 5.

When he finally brought them out, they came without any cheese—just plain potatoes. I was really disappointed, as I expected a much better experience from this location. The manager needs to be stricter with the staff because during my wait, I saw two other customers get their orders messed up, and he treated it like it was no big deal. Overall, I was let down, and I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

The chips were rancid. Like they were using old oil. I don't understand how they didn't know because as soon as I got it home and took them out of the bag, you could smell it. Too far to take back. We lost 2 meals because of it. Not happy.

IF they actually give you everything you paid for, it will probably be wrong.
