Bidra med feedbackI waited over 30 minutes at the drive-thru on this Sunday morning, despite only having three cars ahead of me, which left me puzzled. When I finally reached the window, there were no apologies or explanations offered. As for the food, it was quite disappointing—my piece of chicken was dry and covered in a gooey, sugary syrup, all stuffed between two biscuits. Overall, I didn’t enjoy their chicken biscuit breakfast at all. I would rather take my time and money elsewhere.
I went inside to place an order, and after waiting for 10 minutes without receiving my food, I inquired about the delay. They informed me that they were working on a large order of 40 burgers and that it would take an additional 30 minutes for my food. I suggested that they prioritize my two burgers and fries, but they said that wasn't possible. When I asked if they were preparing food for the drive-thru, they stated they were only focused on completing the 40 burgers for DoorDash first, so everyone else would have to wait. I believe the line should still be moving and orders should be filled, rather than halting everything for one large order.
While some Whataburger locations have fallen short of expectations, this one has consistently delivered quality service and friendly staff. They got our orders right, except for a missing piece of cheese, which is pretty minor these days. Thanks for your hard work, everyone! Keep it up!
We arrived at the drive thru at 10 pm with maybe 6 cars in front of us. It is NOW 11 pm and we are still not at the window for our food and that?s because a car left as soon as it was able to ESCAPE! My kids have fallen asleep. What in the world is goingon with this location. While in line i checked online reviews and the complaint was all about wait times. At this point I wouldmuch rather drive the extra 15 minutes to an efficient location. If this is going to continue to be an issue the drive thrulanes need to be modified so that people can leave if necessary. Instead people are literally TRAPPED! I considered calling 911to report that I was trapped and needed help being freed because at one point in time I was being held there against my will.Finally received our food AND it?s COLD! No fresh fries, they are stale and at this point I?m not even sure if they were fried.What a waste of time, money, and gas. This has been the most disappointing visit in my 39 years of life! Never AGAIN! I willadvise anybody I know to not go to this location if they value their time. I would love to provide a receipt but they did notgive us one.
I dont know why I even bother with this place anymore. With constant waits of over 40 minutes for cold mediocre fast food and an order that the worker probably got wrong. Today I ordered a meal using the mobile app at 9:00 pm, sat in the curbside spot for30 minutes, called to see if they forgot about me, was told ?oh sorry sorry? then was hung up on, and never received my food. Ina last ditch effort to get a refund I pulled into the drive through and waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes because a car was waiting fora response at the speaker. I never got a refund and I will never get that hour of my life back. terrible place
