Oh, my God. The bar is officially RAISED for authentic, delicious, quality, REAL Italian cuisine here in Manta. Via Lugo is such an experience. If you are looking for a real Italian meal from a restaurant led by a highly qualified and passionate cook where the pasta is made in house and right in front as in Italy, then you should really make it a point to visit Via Lugo and bring your appetite. Here's a shot of the first meal I've ever had Salmon about Pasta here, and it was definitely something to write home to Mom. In fact, the next time she comes to visit us in Manta, we will certainly take her here. Mr President.

Food is very delicious and the pasta is made fresh! You can see him right through the window making it. Would definitely recommend.

Dining room is fine. Prices are as high as USA but service is slow and servings are very small. I asked for more bread and got three tiny pieces. I would have been fine with just one normal size piece of bread. Sorry but I left hungry.
