Bidra med feedbackI only go to Chik-fil-A in Mantua/Sewell when my wife and children insist. Platz needs to replace their management and address the chaotic and slow service at this supposedly fast restaurant. Enough with the COVID restrictions, open up the indoor seating and try to improve the situation. The waits are unbearable and the employees seem lost every time. Despite this, the food is not worth the hassle. The quality is mediocre at best and the waffle fries are consistently limp and soggy.
Been sitting in drive through line at 1pm for almost 30 minutes now. I know it’s around lunch rush but I have NEVER sat in any Chick-fil-A line this long. Good thing I only have a 30 minutes lunch break…
F-I've never had a fast food experience here. every wait is at least 30 mins guaranteed. and this is even pre-pandemic...covid isnt an excuse! I've waited over an hour for a carside order! why order ahead if i could have gone to the store, grabbed the ingredients, drove home and made the food myself in that amount of time. One time i even only ordered a large lemonade and fries ahead of time. Took about 20-30 mins for them to bring that to my car.and its annoying that they ask for your order when you are 10 cars away from the menu screen. like, i haven't even glanced at the menu yet. i dont know what i want.and the parking lot design is a whole different discussion.it has completely turned me off from Chick-Fil-A..esp when i see long lines like in Washington Township and Deptford. i dont think i will ever eat chick fil a again.
Can't say I was impressed with this one. The food was great. But the wait was almost an hour.. but that wasn't the bad part.. no one took my order. I got up to the tent. And everyone walked away. I sat there for 5 more minutes and the line ahead of me was clear and noone was near me. So I pulled up. No one was in the mi I tent after the big one. Got no answer at the menu microphone. I had to talk to a dude at the window and be like where do I order? Then I had to sit in a spot for another 30 minutes. I was told it was shift change. But still put out a sign saying stay here well be right out... something.
Went to this location to get lunch for my girlfriend while she was working. I ordered her meal, large fries, side of cheese sauce, and a side order of mac and cheese. Specifically clarified that I wanted fries (hence the cheese sauce) AND mac and cheese. Waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes to get the food, then took it and dropped it off to my gf. Upcharged for large fries, paid for cheese sauce for them, and guess what? NO FRIES!!! No time to go back to wait in line for fries or a refund so I tried to call. Can't get through to a person and the voicemail says to leave a message and we MAY get back to you. Worst chick-fil-a experience ever. Never again with this location.
