Burger King - Maple Grove

The last 10/15 times that I have been "in this place and the plymouth in the last few months are closed because something does not work or honest I don't even know why, at some point there is not even a note in the evening hours says it's supposed to be open. I have always been a big fan of bk and always my friends to get it, but after these last months I would be surprised if bk still without the next few years that is just sad...bath business. just bad business.

I’ve eaten at this location before and because of the service and the quality of food, I didn’t come back for quite some time. We decided to give it another shot today because we had a coupon. We went through the drive through and right away, the young lady that was working drive through was very polite. Very nice change of pace. She was kind enough to include a coupon for breakfast. We’re going on a road trip tomorrow morning and that coupon for breakfast really made us happy. Small little things like kindness, manners, and food that taste good, these help make the world go round. We need more people like her working in the fast food industry. There are so many rude people working in customer service and it’s getting worse. We will definitely come back here again.

Great customer service! Stopped here tonight around 8pm. The woman who was taking orders in the drive thru was very polite and genuinely sounded like she wanted to be there. Seems like the fast food industry has been taken over by rude unhappy poorly trained employees. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good fast food experience so this was a nice change of pace. Food was hot and fresh! Best part is that coupons were included in the bag when I got my order. New favorite location.

Horrible!! We waited almost 1 hour and there weren’t many cars waiting. I’m wondering if they even have a manager to run the place better

As I predicted in the last three other terrible burger king standorte would close and then they have. this is added in the list. somehow burger king has lost his grip on any kind of competent workers at each of his stallions in the city. it's funny, because when they go to land locations, they're all running smoothly and politely. but here it is nothing but the lowest ghetto incompetence. tags are numbered before this is closed.
