Pizza Hut - Maple Grove

My torrent autistic son is a huge pizza fan so that this afternoon I ordered 2 big 'specialty pizza 's '. 1 pepperoni lover/1 buffalo chicken as I picked her up, there was a sign 'no wings/apple pies/mozzarella sticks/french toror' I should have turned around and go home no flavor at all to the entire waste of !!!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had a woman and a man lying on me they have no idea what they do I hope that a manager sees this and realizes that they lose a lot of business, I guarantee that these people have no idea what they are doing and how to eclet customer service posts on the phone it

Good eating and friendly personal orders ready in time, but the place could be a little cleaner.

We got in late and this was the only place within walking distance of our hotel that is open at 10pm. Ordered a large pizza and it was ready within 15 minutes. Delicious as expected. Restaurant is a bit sticky/messy inside, as is the front counter. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I try not to think about it.

I placed an order for pizza on a Wednesday night and was told the delivery would take 3+ hours. The website says to call the local store directly to ask questions about specific delivery times. When trying to do so, however, I was unable to find a direct number and could only speak to call center staff. All they could repeat was that the computer generated the delivery times (3 hours).I'm assuming that this local Pizza Hut (Orono, MN location) must be badly understaffed to have such a long wait time.I'm disappointed with the Pizza Hut company in general that they'd consider this acceptable service for their customers. No one is going to wait 3 hours for a pizza delivery, but will instead choose a different pizza delivery service.If you live in this Pizza Hut's delivery area, bypass Pizza Hut and choose a different option to avoid a bad experience.
