Red Lobster Maple Grove

The staff was not very friendly during our visit. We waited 25 minutes despite there being open tables and waitstaff standing around. While the host greeted other guests right away, we were left waiting for about four minutes without any acknowledgment.

When I arrived, there was no one ahead of me, but it took an unusually long time to receive water. My meal, including cookies and salad, came out cold. However, after that, the service improved.

The server was excellent, but even though there were only a few customers for lunch, it took about 25 minutes for our food to arrive.

If they want to lobster at a reasonable price, this is the best choice. we all had the double 5 oz lobster tails, they were excellent, perfectly cooked.

Had the langostino lobster, artichoke seafood dip appetizer: quite greasy. Had the lobster langostino pizza: crust too mushy. Had the steak lobster: good! Server was good.
