Starbucks - Maple Grove

I love Starbucks but this location misses the mark. The staff are always friendly but the coffee is rarely up to the standard of other Starbucks (and I usually just order drip brew). How come the cashier doesn't get the drip brew coffee here like at other Starbucks? Instead they ask for our name and make us wait for the barista to get it even though the coffee is right next to the cash register. Also the coffee is often not very hot and they often get the order incorrect. Today it looks like there is cinnamon or something in my drip brew and it tastes off.... It seems there is a lack of training on the quality side, but not on the customer service side. Please train the staff to get the quality up to the standard of other Starbucks. This is my 3rd time coming to this location and I won?t be coming back. Orders are never right and the drinks don?t taste good. I agree with the other review that this location does not meet the Starbucks standard. They seem to be short staffed and over worked in comparison to other Starbucks.

You know when your employees enjoy the products they're dealing that you've found the right stuff and your boy RICHARD is killing it! May have OD'd on caffeine a little but who hasn't! ???????????????????? Thanks bud! Cappuccino is da bomb! ????

Whenever I?m going to hyvee we always get Starbucks and it is so good!! The staffing might be a little short but the drinks are phenomenal! I can see they are always working hard!

Its starbucks always good but same thing at every Starbucks.
