McDonald's - Maple Ridge

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I tried to order 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and a large coffee, but they gave me a chicken patty instead. When I went back to return the incorrect order, they gave me a McChicken and small fries. I had to wait in line again, only to have a rude manager refuse to give me a refund. She eventually gave me back my money in cash, which I found unhygienic. After some arguing, she finally returned the money to my card. Overall, the service was terrible and I was extremely disappointed. Where was the proper training?

I don't visit this restaurant often, but when I do, they usually get my order wrong. I waited 20 minutes for my food, only to be surprised with the wrong order. I ordered 2 double 1/4 Pounders, but received singles with a side of medium fries instead of large. The food was not edible, and when I requested a refund, I was denied. I do not recommend this place.

Who is this person who doesn't even acknowledge you? They basically ignore you until your food is ready, hand you the bag, and then walk away. This individual seems to despise their job. I thought they could at least be polite... but even courteous individuals would smile, nod, and be kinder than this person, especially when representing a major company like McDonald's.

Eile? Stop McDonalds . You have double ordering stations and that makes the service a little faster.

Used the McD app and went through the Drive Through, so easy!! if you haven't tried this way to get McDonalds fast, try it you will like it. Plus you can easily take advantage of any specials as the app highlights them for you. And...you can pay with a cash card right in the app, so its drive through, pickup and go.
