Foundation Grounds - Maplewood

I really liked their chocolate chip scone- they seem to have a fair selection every time I’m in.

Was surprised by the variety and quality of vegan tasty, marked ve the blueberry peone was too humid, but the rest was great (I have them all, maybe six overall). the sweet potato burrito was also quite good, although a tad expensive for me (I am cheap). updated by previous review on 2021-05-01

We come to St. Louis a lot but always have such a hard time finding vegan breakfast. I saw Foundation Grounds on here and called and asked if they had vegan options for breakfast before we went. The vegan tofu scramble burrito was delicious as was the vegan strawberry coffee cake. The coffee was great, atmosphere was great, and nice people too. Glad to finally find a place to eat breakfast in the city.

I had the vegan burrito, a smoothie, and a slice of lemoncake. a very cute place, would go again for sure. i wish there were more vegan options but there are a couple to choose from

The coffee at this restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious. I just wish there were more vegan pastry options available. Despite that, the pastries they do offer are tasty.
