That's my way to order a whole bonfire. the owner has really changed how to buy coffee and how to buy it. he is very knowledgeable and very passionate. if they are not sure what they want, I would encourage them to go there and do a tasting. yes, a tasting like weeping, they would be surprised by the subtle distinction in the coffee.
