The French fries were soft and cold despite Wendys advertised guarantee that fries will be crispy

Waiting in the drive through the line around 11 clock is crazy, long line no movement. cook a few things and get them to slang. terrible. my time is money and 15 minutes is not acceptable

Place had all the lights off at my 9:35pm. Long line in drive-through sitting at the dark menu board. At 10pm or so the lights came back on. Served was slow till I got to the menu and then I was out of there in 3 minutes. I can only surmise there was a couple of very large orders in some of the vehicles ahead of me. Very nice staff, and the food was fresh. Three stars because I run into fast food restaurants clicking their lights off early in the hopes that nobody will pull in. It's why the timer for the lights should be locked in the manager's office.

Staff couldn't understand me enough to get my order right. I asked for seven small chocolate shakes and they tried to hand me one strawberry shake, then three strawberry shakes. Just horrible communication and listening skills.

Every time I come here the drive-thru ALWAYS screws my order. Went in today. They gave me the wrong order, and didn’t even give me all of the order. If you want your time wasted, and your food made with complete incompetence, THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO TO! They never fail to fail!!!! ?‍?
