Imo's Pizza - Mar del plata

Whoever made my sandwich is rude please train your workers when messing up someone’s order without knowing if the customer heard them or not so since she said she won’t know the difference didn’t want to remake it until someone made her because messed up and made my order how she want and for to say it ain’t like she gone call in . You right I’m not I’m gone leave a review this is literally my favorite imos in stl please do better

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered from this location and a quarter into my pizza I find a thick black hair baked into the pizza. I called to let them know and they tell me they can remake it and switch the first pizza out. At 9:30 with a hungry toddler no thank you. I stated that I did not want to wait around for another pizza. I asked for a coupon or discount on my next order. Apparently they don’t do this which is wild to me. They only replace the pizza. you think I want nasty hair pizza? Clearly someone in the kitchen isn’t wearing their hair net which is a safety hazard. I asked to speak to the manager. Apparently I was speaking with the manager. I asked for their boss. Apparently they are the boss. I wouldn’t continue to order from here unless you want hair in your pizza. Not to mention the manager completely had a bad attitude. I could have asked for a refund. I should have asked for a refund. I deserve a refund. I was trying to be nice by asking for a discount. But there is nothing nice or safe about finding hair baked into your pizza.

The last couple of times I've ordered pick up, the service at the window has been poor. Food wise, we all know this imos location is not the best. I am a frequent customer and my son loves imos but I won't be spending anymore money here due to rude customer service and sub par food.I would never recommend this location to anyone especially if they have not had St Louis style pizza before. I started ordering sandwiches and salads bcuz the pizza has been increasingly disappointing. The last salad was brown and old. yuckSpend your money elsewhere

Twice I ordered from here and each time there was an issue that they refused to fix. First, it was a pretty burnt small cheese pizza for my kid (who of course didn 't enjoy it because over cooking it made the crust tough to chew) Second time was the same thing with the cheese pizza EVEN THOUGH I presented the picture (below) from the 1st order and asked them not to cook it so long. She agreed but they DID IT ANYWAY. And the Canadian bacon didn 't smell right AT ALL! But when I called they guy wasn 't bothered about the $53.00 I just spent and didn 't offer to remake it OR offer regular bacon to see if it was better. He just said, well we just got this in yesterday and just held the phone. And he hung up with ZERO customer satisfaction. UPDATE: Tried them again because my family insisted. Some of the he wings were still raw and bland in flavor then the sauce for the buffalo chicken is tasteless and watery. I hate that this is where food quality and customer satisfaction has come to. An all time low, yet it 's our money that we 're spending with them. Pappa John 's here we come!!
