Penn Station East Coast Subs

Food is always fresh and delicious! Service was fast and friendly, but every table was dirty and I had to clean one for myself. No biggie , but it’s not great either.Parking: Parking around back but it’s tight.

Quite possibly the most friendly Penn station I’ve been to! My wait was longer and the nice gal gave me a lemonade cookie! Seriously the best customer service. Thanks to their team!

The atmosphere was okay, not anything to write home to Mom about, but it was clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, the prices are pretty good for what you get. The only reason I'm giving the food 4 stars out of five it's because I asked for light on the ranch dressing and it was semi drenched, next time I'll ask for no dressing and it'll probably be better. Or maybe get the dressing on the side so I can put it on myself.Parking: There are about 6 spots available

I ordered 3 subs 2 Phillys n 1 veggie my son is vegan so the veggie was his sub he end up throwing half away because he found a piece of bacon I think the guy who fixed it knew that because they had a side conversation while we was there you want to be able to trust people when it comes to preparing your food you purchase it’s been awhile since I’ve been there it’s just sad how businesses treat you when they need your business to stay in business it’s sad you have to start inspecting your food before you leave a restaurant

Whoever was the supervisor/ manager today, 11/13 around noon, was extremely disrespectful and aggressive with her employees during our short visit. The employee was so nice and tried to fix the soda machine so my husband could get a Pepsi and the manager came out yelling out how someone else must have broke the machine. The machine got fixed, and then the manager kept yelling at her employee about how she was doing things wrong. The employee did great in spite of the aggressive manager.
