Bidra med feedbackIf I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would! The food was stale and lacking in protein. I ordered the deluxe box featuring the special crispy chicken taco, but when I got home, I discovered the taco contained only one small chicken nugget inside. To make matters worse, the chicken was cold and unappetizing. The Fiesta potatoes I ordered were also cold and the potatoes were hard and stale. Additionally, both of our hard tacos arrived broken. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced poor service and low-quality food from this location. I decided to give it another chance for convenience after a long workday, but I won’t be returning again! I’d rather drive ten miles to the next location than waste my money here. **Consumers, be cautious!**
To make matters worse, midway through my meal, the staff in the back started yelling and cursing, kicking things and throwing items, all while laughing as if it was entertaining for the customers. This left those of us waiting to order feeling ignored and frustrated. I couldn’t help but wonder where the manager—who is usually friendly, hardworking, and professional—was during all of this. It’s disheartening to see people being paid to perform such a poor job.
It's usually a great spot, but I found that the quesadillas aren't cut properly, the cheese is rarely melted, and today, it felt like half of the quesadilla was empty.
Wish I could give zero stars. This location has the worst evening crew. No one can label the food to see what is custom or not. Portions are always different, even in the same order. And no one seems to be able to wrap a burrito so that the insides stay inside. Half of my food is still in the wrapper. Does this location not have a shift manger for the evening? I will be going to the cortaro location from now on, it seems they know how to do fast food. I would rather my money go there.
This taco bell could do better. Like the cleaning. I'm not sure if I say a dead roach or a dead cricket. I was going to go look and see but maybe I should have so I could've taken a picture for proof. And they seem to need more training the employees. They do know that this is a job and not social hour with their buddies. Last thing one of the young ladies who works there is extremely rude. If taco bell it's taking the time to hire employees with people skills, then why not just close this location or reevaluate some of these employees.
