Suggestive atmosphere, great food, enchanting panorama on the gulf of polycastro. very kind and helpful staff, in particular the Mr roberto maitre of the restaurant who has been able to illustrate and advise us impeccablely.

As a greeting you are welcomed in other restaurants in Maratea, here you are snapped at by Roberto who screams to customers. The staff is not trained and slow and sometimes unfriendly, the only professional one was a young man from an Eastern Country. It is not the fault of the staff, but of the so-called management, who probably sit around in an office chair all day instead of motivating and training the employees. Unbelievable but true, there are many farmers producing fruits fresh cheese in this region, but here they have everything from canned goods and only unhealrhy food. The restaurano 's terrasse floor is covered with a cheesy and unhygienic looking green artificial turf ... We went to other places (e.g. Sapori di Marianna, Da Cesare) and were positively surprised on every touchpoint. Here at "Grand ' Hotel everything which is Standard in real 4 Stars restaurants is different and not at all acceptable for that high price.

Restaurant has great views and execllent food that is reasonably priced. Service and staff are outstanding
