Typical Alsatian cuisine with very good family service and very nice typical Alsatian
We were there with my spouse and it was one of the few times I ate a filet of beef with girolles whose cooking (saignant) was perfect. Meat was melted like butter. The price of this dish is totally justified. The poelé duck foie gras was also very good.
Wit were on July 14th, on the French national holiday to eat i’m aberge de rhin. we asked " carpe fries". delicious!
We ate in this small restaurant, typical of Alsatian. The mouth of the queen was excellent. the welcome was very warm.
