Bidra med feedbackWhen I arrive at this panera location a saw dirty dishes still on tables. When I got to pick up my order the person wasn't being polite, respectful and professional. I didn't get everything I ordered (dressing, cheese on my soup, croutons on soup) and I didn't receive my brownie and the bread was hard and old. This restaurant needs to have better cleanliness, organization and professionalism.
Deleted my previous bad review so I could leave new one . Listed online the hours of operation say that it was confirmed by the business one week ago. However, I pull up to the business at the times it’s listed to be open. And I’m informed by the staff that they don’t open till 730/8. Please fix the hours online . I understand this can seem minor but when Customer$ go out of their way, and possibly make themselves late to work or wherever else they have to be to get breakfast. They expect the business to be open at the hours that are listed online.
I believe services have gotten worse after Covid. It use to be good customer service, good food. Then, customer service not up to part. Given the wrong order, careless staff, rude staff, pure unprofessionalism. For the amount of money the meal cost, you can upgraded to a full course meal at a restaurant with better customer service. Wondering why the customer service has declined in this restaurant?
Paid a lot of money for food which never arrived. I called the manager and they said they would try to help, which was nonsense. I was missing a full sandwich only received a soup and bagguete. Avoid this panera to save yourself time, frustration.
