Venise Caribbean Cuisine - Margate

The customer service is great! The food is amazing! I recommend this restaurant to anyone needing some great Haitian meals. I had the legume large and Tasso complete, and it’s to die for!Food: 5/5

I often visit Venice Caribbean Cuisine as of last night was my last visit. The owner is great but the waitress are terrible. Last week I bought food when I reached home I realized the plate previously torn and the stew (sauce viann lan) was in the plastic bag. Last night I ordered okra they served me okra and stew not even one piece of meat. In my opinion it is disrespectful, if you don't meet you tell the customer but you don't treat your customers like your sintaniz.

This food is always quality..If you want good authentic Haitian food this is the spot! I think the people leaving bad reviews are mad at the delivery company which has nothing to do with getting good quality food. Anyone who has eaten here dine in or picked up yourself would give this restaurant 5 Stars.Food: 5/5

I ordered mac, chicken plate, griot plate , 3 Jupinas and received: salad, 2 small rice, 2 Jupinas and Tampico. I can’t even drink Tampico. Got my whole order messed up. The griot was mostly fat. The only thing I enjoyed was just the fried plantain. Will not order from there again.

Horrible customer service. Like actually. Zero stars if I could but don’t order off Uber eats or DOORDASH just go get your own food or they will mess it up and then say they can’t do anything about it. The food is good but the attitudes and customer service is trash. Paid over 40 dollars worth of food I did not receive.
