The Peking Chinese Takeaway - Margate

We have been dining at Peking for about 35 years (yes, really!) and it has always been excellent. While it's not the cheapest option, the portions are substantial, and the food is consistently fresh and served hot. The staff is always friendly. To be honest, we wouldn't consider going anywhere else for Chinese food.

The person who answers the phone is often rude, but the food is really enjoyable. He comes across as a manic depressive and rather obnoxious. I once ordered a dish that only had a couple of small pieces of meat, but they promptly sent me another serving. The chef does a great job!
