Kfc - Maricopa

The chicken was fantastic! It was nice and crispy, served hot! The mashed potatoes, gravy, and mac and cheese were all delicious as well! Unfortunately, the order was supposed to include six biscuits, but they were missing. We were really looking forward to having those biscuits. Overall, we will definitely order from this KFC again.

The order was missing the biscuits. Everything else was great, but it would have been nice to receive the complete order.

The chicken was too dark and one of the thighs looks like it was eaten off of (in which the skin may have just came off) I understand that we may have ordered close to closing but its all the same. Every customer deserves proper service. We frequent there often and service is usually good except for the time they ran out of biscuits lol. Thank you!

Consistently runs out of white meat. The food is undercooked and the service is extremely unreliable!

I ordered an extra piece of chicken, but as you can see from the picture, one piece was noticeably smaller than the others—about two-thirds of their size! And what happened to the little crispy bits you usually expect? As for the taste, it felt like the frying oil hadn’t been changed in a while, leading to my disappointment. Therefore, I can only give it a 2-star rating. A special thanks to all the other Long John Silver’s locations that still care about quality!
