The Harp Bar and Grill - Marie

Don't even know where to begin. The music was too loud, the burgers were burnt, not everyone got their meal, everyone was done by the time that the last person got their pizza. They tried giving us the wrong pizza, only because it was ready, it clearly wasn't ours because of the toppings, but then proceeded to give it to the next table. The bills were wrong, had to complain to the manager who was out smoking that we were not paying full price for waiting on the meal that came when everyone was done. This was my first time there and will hands down be the last.

The Harp is competing for the worst pub/ local venue in Sault Ste. Marie. I and 10+ guests visited in February of 2017. We were informed that there are NO drink specials offered at The Harp. *$7.25 pint & $19.25 pitcher. The staff was a disaster, drinking openly at the bar and on multiple accounts, mixing draught beer with other types when Kegs were running out.

Love the burgers here. Pick all of the toppings and kind of meat with lots of choices for sauces. Quite the experience!!

Excellent food, place. Worth the money. Never a disappointment. Bring your family and friends. Enjoyable dining restaurant in Sault Ste Marie.

Went with some friends, we could tell the server was new- service was very slow and it was very difficult to get new drinks. When we ordered we specifically asked that the appetizer come first and for the main to come afterward. While we were eating the appetizer the main came.. So it got cold as we finished eating.. I have been to this location several times for a burger and this time was by for the worst. Will not return.
