A J's Famous Seafood Po Boys - Marietta

During my first visit, I met some colleagues for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It's a small and casual place, and I've added it to my list of Cajun restaurants. The service was excellent and the food was great. I tried the AJ salad, which was very fresh and flavorful. I'm looking forward to visiting again to explore more items on the menu during my future trips across town.

I absolutely love this place! The Po'boys are my go-to since it's conveniently located down the road from me. I tried the gator dishes for the first time, and they were really impressive—I had no idea they offered that! The service was also very friendly and attentive. The food was served quickly, and I will definitely be returning next time!

The oysters here are really good, our favorite was the Rockefeller. I ordered the shrimp platter with coleslaw and red beans and rice. The shrimp was really good and I loved AJs special sauce. I’ll have to admit the coleslaw and red beans were just ok (they both lacked flavor) which is why I took off a star. Other than that everything was amazing. The service was quick and good in addition to the food. We will return for sure.

Visited this restaurant one Sunday when I was in the area. Loved the ambience and decor. It was quite refreshing considering it is a seafood restaurant. The wait staff was kind. I had the blackened scallops with red beans and rice and also ordered a seafood roll, which was my favorite. My daughter had the shrimp po boy, and I must say that if I wasn’t watching the carbs, I would have definitely ordered one for myself. My bite was delicious! The bread was soft and fluffy and the shrimp was seasoned well and fresh. They have a whole list options for po boys. Check them out if you’re in the area.

This quaint little spot had fantastic seafood. My father and I enjoyed a dozen oysters, and they were absolutely delightful. The clams I had were perfectly cooked and delicious, while my father's fish was fluffy and moist. There’s no alcohol available due to some issues with their liquor license, but aside from that, it was a wonderful experience.
