Captain D's Seafood - Marietta

I've been craving this for about two years now. I usually make an effort to eat healthier, but with my wife out of town for a couple of days, I saw it as the perfect opportunity. The food was just as I remembered from the '70s—delicious fish at a great price. I ordered the three-piece dinner with coleslaw and hush puppies. People have been recommending Marietta Fish Market, which is nearby, but I tried it a few months ago and was disappointed. I ended up thinking Captain D's was much better, and I still stand by that. The woman at the drive-thru was very friendly and kept things moving smoothly. I will definitely be back. Thank you for staying true to your roots, Captain!

I had a fantastic lunch! Everything was freshly cooked and prepared just right—not too greasy and definitely not sitting under a heat lamp. It almost put me into a food coma!

My husband loves to eat the food here. He really enjoys the people working there. They are country southern, friendly, polite and very quick service! He loves the fried fish, broccoli and coleslaw. I was ready to give up on Captain D's altogether due to the decline in service at other locations. However, this particular restaurant is clean, the food is fresh, and it's a quiet place to enjoy a meal.

The food was so good the staff was excellent very nice and the gen manager was so friendly my new go to for sea food
