This place really struggled to keep staff for a while and this location certainly suffered. I can see a huge difference the last couple months and the service is much better. There are some fantastic people working here! Food has been great too! Thanks for all you guys do.
Stopped by this location this morning. I waited until they opened for fresh, hot food. After a 10-15 minute explanation of what I wanted to order with the drive-thru cashier, finally got my food! Made it home to eat and not even halfway into the meal, the fish was not fully cooked!!! Called the restaurant, no answer! This has been the only thing I?ve eaten today and I now have Salmonella that?ll probably turn into CDiff so that has to be reported to the health department!! This is completely unacceptable!!! I now have to write Captin D?s off for good!
Second time visiting in the past 3 weeks and got another cold 4 piece fish. The last time I got cold food, I was met with resistance from the manager and it took the cashier 10 minutes to count out the $11 that was owed to me. Hopefully there will be a change in place where customers can get hot food, especially, like in my case, there was no one in front of me to blame the cold food on. Please do better. I wish I could do zero stars
I didn't even stay to order. There was NO ONE taking orders at the counter. People were waiting at the counter and at the window. I was asked twice by the same person if my order had been taken and TWICE she walked to the back to do whatever. The woman in front of me said she had been there 20 minutes. It's almost 6pm on Friday. Looks like a good place to open a restaurant.
