Harold's Chicken Ice - Marietta

Ive been coming here since it was ice bar(now Kai),and have the same review when coming in during the afternoon. The evening is more fun. Parking is OK, service sitting at the bar was terrible! I wish I could remeber the bartender's name, she was blonde. She admitted openly she forgot to put in our order. We only ordered 3 things to share and multiple drinks. The food is delicious once you do reserve it. The weekend evenings here they have a dj and clear the eating area tobecome a dance floor it's always packed and a good time with friends for that occasion.

I ordered their $17 whole wings and fries, but what I received was very disappointing. The size of the so-called "whole" wings was unacceptable, and I called to request either a refund or a replacement. I even used a toothpick as a reference for the wing sizes in my complaint. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was told that they don't issue refunds and wouldn't exchange the food either, as they needed to "see it" before it could leave the store. I offered to bring it back for them to inspect, but my request for a remake or refund was denied. This experience has definitely made me reconsider my patronage; I've decided not to return as a customer.

The food is always fantastic, and what enhances the experience even more is the excellent customer service! Angel is very knowledgeable about the menu and is both prompt and precise.

I ordered the chicken and waffles, which were decent but had some issues. The chicken pieces were small, and the waffles were soggy even before I added any syrup. It also came with coleslaw, which I was looking forward to, but it was served in a small cup. To make matters worse, I found two cups with my meal. When I opened the first one, I immediately noticed a foul smell—it was clearly off. I took a look at the second cup, and I swear the lid looked like it was about to burst off due to the gas escaping, much like a spoiled milk carton with bulging sides. After this experience, I definitely won't be returning to this place!

My friend and I dined here for a date night, and we had a fantastic experience! The music was wonderful, and our waitress was exceptional. She made sure we had everything we needed, which really enhanced our time there. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great atmosphere and a fun evening!
