Bidra med feedbackWent to pickup 2 jerk chicken pastas today and the light skin woman was rude and had a stink attitude. On top of that tried to keep my change so intentionally asked for a receipt and told her how much I gave her then I was given my change. Just awful. Customer service training needed forSure.
The server was a nice lady. The oxtail wasn’t good though. The color was really light and the gravy was watery. The oxtail was mostly fat. And oxtail is my favorite dish period. I also begged not to add too much gravy but the rice was drenched in gravy . I don’t usually leave bad reviews but it was $38.00 and it wasn’t good. I don’t want anyone else having this experience .
