Mccleary's Public House - Marietta

Advertise Top 5 in the country fish and chips. It was decent, but I had 10 better. Batter was nice, fish was perfectly cooked, but no taste at all. Friends were decent, but seemed done and sitting for a while. The woman says the fish taks are good.

The first time here and what a great little finding. Awesome service and food surpassed what was thought to be just an Irish pub with similar food; far from it. Large raised food made fresh.

All about our time was great! Fabulous waitress, music drinks and food. great atmosphere.

We were at McCleary on St. Patrick’s Day! We almost felt back in Ireland! So funny!

Granted it was St Patrick’s day and the crowds were high, but I ordered corned beef and cabbage and there was literally no cabbage. I asked if they brought me the right thing and the server and waitress both said “guess we ran out of cabbage” and left the table. Since it was so crowded and we were on a time schedule , I didn’t complain but they should have taken that off the menu. Very disappointed. Left hungry and paid a decent amount.
