The service was really slow, and it took ages for our food to arrive. I ordered the bison Delmonico steak, but it was incredibly chewy and overly salty—definitely not the quality I expected. My fiancé’s meal was even more disappointing; it was dull and flavorless, with the buttered carrots having no taste at all. His dish honestly looked worse than something you'd find in a cafeteria. I’m not sure what’s happened to the quality of the food, but it used to be better. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money.

The atmosphere remains fantastic! The service was excellent! Mike was knowledgeable, considerate, and consistent! My bison burger was absolutely delicious—exactly what I was craving!

We visited during lunchtime when the restaurant was fairly empty. We ordered the Bison nachos, which consisted mainly of chili and chips, along with some additional toppings. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose the dish I had again, which was the brisket served with carrots and mashed potatoes.

Worst restaurant experience in many years. Three tables that came in after us was served before us. Manager tried to explain it, but basically said we were sacrificial lambs. Don’t go here.
