The only good thing is perhaps the location... For the rest, terrible experience!!! We stayed in an apartment full of ants, a structure in disrepair and not looked after at all!!! Not to mention the restaurant!!! Very expensive and with poor dishes!!! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3

We spent a pleasant holiday at the hotel. We found ourselves very well, especially thanks to the staff of the reception, the restaurant, the bar, the cleaning and maintenance service: very kind, helpful, they made us feel comfortable immediately. Our thanks and the five stars go to them.

We spent 8 days in the hotel, found a lot of good things but also a lot of things that could be improved and disrupted the vacation. The price-performance ratio is very good, rooms with air conditioning and mini fridge, beds hard but ok. The room was cleaned every day and everything else was clean. We were there at the end of September, there was little going on, max. 12 guests at the pool, pure relaxation. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is past its best, very loud and not very cooling. Reception was very helpful at the beginning, changing rooms was no problem, and the chairs for the balcony were brought quickly. However, after we complained about the pool opening times and asked for a different arrangement, the efforts were stopped. The broken shower cubicle has not been repaired and we are still waiting for instructions on how to use the safe. Pool was open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a break from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The pool was fenced off during the warmest and most beautiful time of day, so I would not recommend the hotel for a pool/beach holiday. Never experienced anything like this before. The reception didn't respond even though there was only shade at the pool from 5 p.m. and the sun went down at 7 p.m., completely incomprehensible. This destroys any holiday atmosphere. The breakfast was very monotonous, without variety, the breakfast room was like a cafeteria and deserves a maximum of 2 stars. Luckily there were good pizzerias and bars nearby. It's a 20 minute walk to the very beautiful beach. We had a rental car, which makes a lot of sense for this area. When the wind dies down in the evening, there are a lot of mosquitoes, so be sure to take something with you against mosquitoes. Unfortunately, the hotel is pretty neglected, the elevator was broken throughout our vacation, and our air conditioning failed for the last two days. We didn't let what was described above get us down and still enjoyed our vacation.
