Mike Jean's Grill - Marinette

The food here is delicious! Great job, Mike and Jean!

I first visited this restaurant about 20 years ago, and when I returned three years later, Mike recognized me from our nice chat. Since then, I’ve only been back about seven times because it’s a nine-hour drive from my home. Four years ago, I took my wife paddling in the Apostle Islands and suggested we make a side trip to Mike Jean's. She asked how much out of our way it would be, and I told her it was just 2.5 hours each way. She was up for it! After our visit, she now tells everyone who’s driving within 3-4 hours of Marinette on a Friday night that it’s definitely worth the detour.
