We stopped here during our road trip and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, checking in on us several times. The manager also came over to ensure we were doing well and didn't need anything. The food was delicious and served hot.

I realize it’s fast food and not authentic Italian cuisine, but I genuinely enjoy this place. I use the app to place my orders and accumulate rewards, which are surprisingly generous and accumulate quickly. It’s the only place where you can get a large family meal for around $25 that truly feeds a family and even leaves some leftovers.

I had a frustrating experience with my recent delivery orders through the app. They didn't resolve the issue with three items missing from my order, and I’m not receiving a refund for them. I don’t want to spend any more money on such poor service, especially since this is the second consecutive delivery they’ve messed up.

Additionally, we really appreciated the minimal waste involved with our meal since the plates and cutlery were reusable and quite clean!
