Taverna Dionyssos - Mariou

Dionyssos has a great balcony up on the hill with views over the bay we arrived after sunset but imagine it would be pretty spectacular. They have superb menu but also offer daily specials that you can choose from the kitchen would recommend. They also sell their olive oil at a fairly reasonable price. The best food we ate in Crete. Very nice service, a little greeting from the kitchen as a starter and homemade food that can be described as absolutely authentic. There are also several vegetarian daily specials. We'll definitely be back next year! Be sure to take home-made olive oil with you. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
