East Side Mario's - Markham

Went this month with wife, brother in law and sister in law, food was very good, service was excellent, and timely. Always bring a nice loaf of bread while waiting for meal. Would recommend highly if your looking for Italian food.

Had good dinner with family on a weeknight. They did not take reservations but called ahead and asked hostess to add my name to the list. When at the restaurant did not much waiting time. Food was good as usual however I found that their recommended main course "Hell's kitchen chicken" the portion of the dish has reduced substantially from the earlier days. I usually order the same dish every time.

There is little to praise nor criticize about this location. As an East Side Mario's service meets a certain standard, and the food is good enough, but it is not an exceptional experience. The service was pretty good though.

Just ordered from here for our team of 27. Excellent service and the food and portions were great. Emma was fantastic and would definitely order from here again. Even though we were missing a meal they were good enough to make an extra delivery. Thanks Emma and your team!

East Side's is our favorite, but this one is horrible. We have tried this location a few times with consistent results. Neither food or service is great at this location no matter the day or server you get, likely due to poor management. We have made comments and complains to the managers but they don't seem to care, and it's rubbing off on their wait staff. We avoid this location and go up to Aurora.
