King Edward's Arms - Markham

While going out to see a show in Markham my wife and I decided to drop in to the King Edward's Arms before the show since it was right across the street from the theater. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable and the service was prompt and friendly. The menu had a good variety of pub style food at fair prices. My wife had the special which was salmon and I had the fish and chips. Both were excellent in presentation, quality and quantity. I would recommend this establishment for a casual night out, the crowd was a nice mix of after work and what appeared to be regulars.

I somehow ended up here after getting off the standstill 401.Steve was awesome, super cool guy, suggested to me the steak sandwich over the beef dip. And promptly got me a beer after my long travels.Everything was quick, washrooms weren't disgusting, food was great and filled me up!

We usually go to this pub for beer and pub food - nachos and chicken wings mostly. All good. First time went there for a dinner of Halibut Fish and Chips and were disappointed with the quality of fish, the batter as well as chips, particularly when you consider the cost of $55 for two people with one drink. Place has good atmosphere and good service. Hope they can improve the quality of fish n chips.

Nice small pub, just a short walk walk from the HiltonHilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa. The staff are extremely friendly and helpfull. The food was quite enjoyable. Good selection of beer and spirits.Went with the family and would definitely go back again.

Denne lille bar skal man lede efter. Indenfor en hyggelig bar i engelsk stil, og et menukort med relativt få men gode retter. Vi besøgte stedet en varm majdag, og sad udenfor og nød det kolde fadøl. Den lille sult fik vi stillet med lækre grove fritter og to slags sovs. Meget venlig og snaksalig betjening.
