One word: blahI've been to many locations of this chain and I've had positive experiences before.
We were served a variety of banchan The kimchi was pretty good; not too spicy It came with a pair of scissors so that you could cut it up yourself.
I ordered the 14u Jajangmyeon (No Pork available) and it had just the right amount of sauce!
