Bidra med feedbackThe tarts at this restaurant are delicious. I appreciate that they are large, almost like a cake dessert, but the hard crust can make it challenging to cut and share. Despite the difficulty in cutting, I enjoyed the texture and taste of the crust, which was perfectly crispy. Unfortunately, the croissants are only available on weekends and, during my visit, I was disappointed to learn that the baker was on vacation. I will definitely give them another try in the future.
The restaurant is small but has a cozy minimalist atmosphere. The pastries they offer are very nice: not too sweet, but also not too bland. I would not recommend getting the madeleines as they taste almost the same as ones found in grocery stores. While I would give this place 5 stars, I have been to other cafes that offer similar priced pastries that taste better. The Taro pastry I tried tasted a bit too much like potato and could have been slightly sweeter, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, it is a good place to stop by for a random dessert if you are nearby, but I would not actively seek out this place if other options are available.
I am a big fan of this place and cannot praise their cakes, tarts, cookies, quiches, scones, and muffins enough! I also enjoy their hot drinks, especially the hot chocolate, and appreciate that it is served at a drinkable temperature. I recently tried their Matcha Strawberry Yule log during Christmas, which was exceptionally moist and fresh. However, what truly impressed me was their new butter croissant sandwich. The butter croissant was superb, as were all the other components of the sandwich. Even though I bought the sandwiches towards the end of the day, I was pleasantly surprised by how crisp the salad remained and the quality of the maple-glazed bacon. The scrambled eggs were also well-prepared. Nothing beats fresh ingredients, and I hope this restaurant continues to succeed while maintaining their high standards.

2022 March 4.5Located inside J-Town, you'll find this bakery/dessert shop only recently opened within the last year. At the time of writing, they have announced their first year of business.A quaint store with a good variety of options with a Japanese flair. For those who wish to dine in, there's a few tables enough for about 12-15 people.Hojicha Roll Cake $6.75 per slice.A light and fluffy cake with a very good Hojicha flavor (more intense than some other places). Rolled inside, you'll find pieces of Mochi and red bean (azuki beans) in a creme. Nothing is too sweet, and everything complements each other well.Mango mini cake $7Made with lots of chopped mangos and a glaze of apricot, this has a nice sweet and hint of tangy flavor. Very good, but the tart could be a little thinner given it's a hard shell.Overall, a nice place to visit and relax.Would recommend and try again for other options.
