The food was very good. A little spicey for me but obviously everyone has different tolerances. The decor was very nice and all the plates, tea cups and chop sticks we're brand new. The service was not so great, but it was a Saturday night and they are still feeling out the staff they need I think. This is a very authentic Chinese menu so be prepared.
Under-average food... On Monday night the place was completely empty. There were some excuses, but no one came in to sit and eat. We sat and got two used paper menus. We ordered our food and got it very timely (of course we were the only people there). The food wasn't so good. The noodles were too salty and the broccoli had not enough sauce on it. The spring rolls were okay? I probably won't come back soon. The food was definitely not great, and there was no x factor or whatever that made me come back.
Authentic and flavorful. I ordered the 'Chongquing grilled fish with vegetables and peanuts ' and it was great. Spacious place and pleasant. I will eat at Jinli Sichuan Cuisine again. The dessert was very good too, sticky rice balls stuffed with sesame butter.
AWWWWFUL. I ordered two things Wonton Soup and Bacon and Scallions entry. They messed up 4 things. Soup was tasteless, with 4 small wontons in a quart. the $16 entree was literally bacon and Scallions in (dirty) oil. Tiny dish maybe 4 slices of regular, not special bacon. No sauce. The soup noodles were stale. VERY stale. And no sauce, no mustard. Perhaps the worst local chinese ever.
