Okami Sushi Hibachi - Marlborough

Terrible service, great habachi chef, (that's why I slid him a $20). After tipping over %20 the waitress chased us outside demanded more of a tip,. I have never had such an unpleasant experience

Not a great experience. Hibachi is supposed to be fun with lots of interaction and energy. Service and Chef seemed disengaged. Very pushy service from waitress, like she wanted us to order more more due to automatic tip percentage. Chef forgot to cook our chicken after ordering CHICKEN and shrimp. Also, party that was sitting across from us received about 12-15 pieces of shrimp with their steak, meanwhile myself and wife received about 5 pieces. Place is getting run down and not getting the proper care or cleaning. Overall, a terrible experience and won't be going back.

Great hibachi experience and excellent, decent priced scorpion bowls!

Ordered online. They have our order to another party. They called and said they would comp the order for their mistake. Waited over an hour for them to remake our order. Then tried to charge us the full amount. We had a graduation party the previous Sunday at their grill for 20 people. They didn’t care. Horrible customer service. Would never go their again.

The people who work here live in an illegal boarding house on my street and are disgusting. Go ahead public... eat the raw fish their grubby hands are touching. I see them every morning pile into a van at 10/10:30... their trash ends up in my yard every trash day. Police repeatedly called to the house all the time... Go ahead and eat the raw fish out of gross conditions....... Enjoy try get one star because you can't post unless you give one but enjoy your dirty raw fish!!!!!
