Bidra med feedbackNice staff...! Excellent location! Very close to Jmaa El Fnaa Square. Very good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. No doubt coming back.
We could park the car outside. No, we couldn't have it been a March on the street. We were marched to another Riad, as they were only booked to be returned to this for breakfast in the morning. Strange. Then he tried to ask us not to give him a bad exam on the day we went. He lied to us twice. Why should I make a good assessment?
When we arrived, we paid in Euro and we waited 1.5h for the change, after all we received it in Dirhams, although I could immediately notice that they had cash with them. Breakfast was very bad, bread, jam and something that imitates butter. I waited 0.5h for a tea, and finally I came back. Coffee served without glasses after asking for 15 minutes, the guy even said not sad or something. The staff only includes people who look like 17 years old children, not knowing how to manage this place. I waited 15 minutes for them to open the door that are always locked, and finally another guest opened for me. The mattress climbs every step so you can't sleep. The room was poorly equipped, weak water pressure in the shower, not to mention cleaning. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Not here! It's a tourist trap. The room photos are not those you see on the booking pages. The rooms are dirty, small, there are no windows, so no access to fresh air, the pillows and covers are dirty. When we confront the manager about this situation, he still gave us half the price and gave us no explanation of why the rooms are different than what they apply online. You're better somewhere else.
Never again! We booked this riad and then they told us that we have to stay at another riad which belongs to this one. As we arrived they were cleaning our room. The house was very beautiful but that 's it. The room smelled more like a cat toilet, it was not clean at all and there were spots of cat pee on the walls. The manager didn 't care about our complaints. I love cats but one can love them too much and this is what I had to learn from that one terrible night. The whole night cats were outside and wanted to get inside our room (maybe because normally the room belongs to them).. it was really scary and we couldn 't sleep. In the morning we saw the terrace and the rest in daylight. Everywhere were cats excrements and the rest of dead birds and mice... so we changed the riad for the rest of our stay.
