Pizza Hut - Marrero

Terrible customer service! My order was never delivered. When I called to inquire, I was told it would take 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and called back, only to find out they had no idea about my order and it would take another 30 minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer to feed my young child, especially since I was concerned about the quality of the food. I was extremely frustrated and even suggested they should be shut down. I won’t be returning!

The customer service was dreadful, and the pizza delivery was even worse—never on time, and it's likely to arrive cold. The overall condition of the restaurant is poor, and I wouldn't be surprised if there were a rodent issue there.

To make a long story short, we received a burnt pizza, and the manager, Toni, at the Marrero location did not seem interested in pleasing customers. Instead, she approached us with a negative attitude.

The pizza was fresh and delicious and hot!
