De Pannekoektrein Marrum

I could not have enjoyed this place more. We saw it from the car on our way to Holwerd for Wadlopen and decided we had to come back to try it out, and it did not disappoint. Firstly, you get a ticket from the ticket office and they show you to your train car. Then the conductor comes to punch your ticket and take your order. The toilets are in a former cargo train car, the station houses the kitchen and a small train themed gift store. The pancakes were really delicious, everyone was very satisfied. And they were so big that there was no way we could fit any dessert in, even though I was very intrigued by the banana split. We all agreed that this is a place to return to, if ever we find ourselves in Friesland.

Prachtige accommodatie, iets bijzonders om mee te maken.

Hele leuke ervaring. Super aardig personeel en heerlijke pannenkoeken. Wat ook heel leuk was dat je een spelletje aan tafel kreeg om de wachttijd voor de kinderen te verkleinen. Echt een aanrader.
