I've been coming here for a good few years and the team of father and son do the most amazing panini with panelle, served with a dash of lemon and pinch of salt. Absolutely delicious. They also do a simple pizza called rianata, with tomato, olives, anchovies and peccorino cheese and that's delicious too! If you are in Marsala and in a rush for a bite to eat on the go this is the place to go to. Buon appetito!

Had the sandwich with chickpea flour panels . I would eat this every day if I lived here. Weird delicious filling food.
