The pizza is usually delicious. The crust tends to be a little thicker which I like It's cheesy and the toppings are plentiful. Most recently I tried their lunch time buffet. The pizza was not quite as good. There were fewer toppings. However the salad was good. The ingredients were fresh with a variety of toppings to choose from. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is on the same level as the restaurant. We had a person in a wheelchair with us and access was not issue. We stopped while traveling with only 30 minutes until closing on a Friday night. They were friendly, helpful with explaining the menu since it was our first visit, and evn assured us they would use clean utensils to make sure there weren't any food allergy issues (my wife has a severe onion allergy). The Calzone and pizza were excellent. They both had lots of meat and the flavors were well blended with the right amountof sauce. The crust was tasty but the toppings were the star of the pizza (as they should be) . We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy our meal with some light hearted chat with Larry while he was doing a thorough cleaning of the dining area after closing time. The restrooms were also clean! We'll definitely be back! There's a reason why his neon sign grabbed our attention, we'd never have experienced that inside was just as bright, warm and inviting. That bit of nostalgic ambience is surely a promise that good home made food and friendly service still exist in rural America and is so worth the investment of your hard earned dollar to patronize small businesses like this. We absolutely love this place ! It’s a “must have “ when in the area. We moved to the area about a year ago and when we would come here before then , we’d be sure to stop when passing through: you won’t regret it . They have a buffet at lunch (till 2 I believe and always have a fresh salad bar ! Best best best pizza !
