True North Lce Cream - Marshall

Absolutely delicious!! We always make a stop when we are in the Marshall area!

I love the atmosphere. We were in Marshall for the day sightseeing and ended it with ice cream treats here.

We were first timers with a crew of 9 and we very pleased with everything. Amazing variety of flavors, great customer service and believe we even got to talk with the owner. If so, he was very polite and humorous. Would recommend to anyone!

Ice cream was very good, however it’s pricey. I don’t mind paying those prices to have a tasty treat and somewhere to sit and chat. The cashier girl had zero personality and was abrupt. She needed a smile and little patience with seniors whom don’t hear or see so well.

Ordered a strawberry shake (soft serve) that there was issues with the machine, worked on the machine and then my milkshake was done. When she gave me the shake she said it’s “kinda runny, I can remake it”. I asked her if that’s the quality she would normally send it out as, she said well no but the machine messed up. Now why wouldn’t you just remake the $7.50 shake? And yes I said $7.50! Customer service is not what it once was. As a business owner myself, it wouldn’t even be a question, but to just remake the shake.
