The estate is extraordinary, on the restaurant side the service is attentive and I would even say that the sommelier is top notch. In terms of cooking, it’s impeccable! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

In the context of a two star restaurant this place is slightly below average. the food isn't amazing but it's still pretty good. I don't think it's worth the trip out from Bordeaux much less any city further out. the hotel is extraordinary though so if you happen to be staying there for more than one night you'll want a reservation at this restaurant otherwise the other restaurant at the hotel offers a much more unique experience due to its setting.

Food is very good, using local produce cooked beautifully. Deserving of their accolades. However the wine list is very disappointing, mostly young Bordeaux, wines of the domain at debatable pricing, and very generic “rest of the world” selection. For a wine-centric place, it must be better !
