Mcdonald's - Martinsburg

This restaurant is conveniently located on my commute to work, and it’s often quite busy and understaffed. However, the few employees who are there are always stressed but incredibly kind and friendly. Despite being short-handed, they never let it impact how they treat their customers. I just want them to know that there’s someone who truly appreciates their dedication and the fact that they show up every day for us.

I'm really happy that this restaurant offers apple pies and milkshakes! The burger I had was served at just the right temperature, and I appreciated that the pickles were evenly distributed instead of piled on one side. Keep up the great work and continue to keep those items in stock!

I forgot to order my iced tea, but I remembered when I went to pick up my order. The lady at the counter kindly gave me a free iced tea, which really made my day. I'm a regular customer here and I absolutely love this McDonald's. The employees are always so friendly. Thank you!

The cashiers were warm and welcoming, our food arrived promptly, and the restaurant was tidy.

The staff here truly knows what they're doing! As both a customer and a delivery driver, I’ve noticed how focused they are on providing excellent service—something that many restaurants could learn from. They're well-organized and maintain a clean environment. A+ all around!
