Subway - Martinsburg

A typical Subway inside a BP gas station. Friendly, yet slow staff. Good deals on the sub of the day for $3.99. Cookies looked awesome.

This is by far the best Subway I’ve ever visited. I usually don’t write reviews unless the service is exceptional, and it truly was in this case. The staff member who was working provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, and I've been involved in customer and food service my whole life.

I ordered two Subway platters for our Father's Day celebration and I couldn't be happier. We were a bit specific about wanting the veggies and condiments on the side, and they handled it perfectly! Great job, Subway on King St!

I visited the restaurant on Wednesday, August 4th, during lunchtime. The staff was very courteous and polite. A young man noticed that I was waiting in line and asked how I was doing, assuring me he would be with me shortly as he wrapped up with the customer he was serving. His kindness was impressive, and that level of courtesy is hard to find. He’s definitely a great asset to the team!
